Key Performance Areas

Overall Purpose of the Job:

The job exists to provide sales and marketing expertise and support to both the business stream and the Region.

a)     Executes routine and non-routine sample analysis associated with all field process fields on the Agbani barge.

b)     Analysis includes but is not limited is not limited to oil, water, gas, sand and produced/injected water quality monitoring.

c)     The job holder will be required to work under the direction of the Production Supervisor.

d)     Assist in non-routine field operations with dedicated production personnel.

Principal Accountabilities:

1.Performs all routine sample analysis in a safe and efficient manner under the general direction of and the control of the Production Supervisor.
2.Conducts routine maintenance in accordance with the computerized maintenance system and controls the maintenance backlog as efficiently as practicable.
3.Applies accepted practices and standards in pursuit of all his analysis duties.
4.Demonstrate a full understanding of the Permit to Work System and isolation procedure.
5.Develops a level of understanding to maintain and operate those facilities directly under his control.
6.Maintains minimum spare store stock holding by re-ordering where deficiencies occur or are predicted.
7.Conducts non-routine activities or duties as directed by the Production Supervisor or OIM.
8.Promotes and maintains a high standard or housekeeping and safety awareness throughout the facilities.

As job progresses, routine demonstration will be required for job holder to apply his knowledge on the maintenance aspect of the equipments.
