Key Performance Areas

Overall Purpose of the Job:

To assist Region HR Manager to provide human resources operational support to the Expro Group, ensuring adherence to HR company policies and procedures and to assist with projects as required.
Principal Accountabilities:

1.Assist with recruitment and selection activities.  Generate and circulate internal adverts following Management approval.  Contact Agencies and Advertising Companies etc to ensure vacancies are filled in a timely manner.  Update specific areas on Recruitment Report on a monthly basis.
2.Where appropriate arrange company medicals, advise candidates of outcome and forward start letters.
3.Co-ordinate return of New Start paperwork and provide to HR Adviser for signature and forwarding to Payroll Dept.
4.Assist in co-coordinating paperwork raised for leavers, transfers eg contracts of employment, salary changes.
5.Administer PPP scheme – ensuring timely and accurate processing of relevant paperwork and invoices.
6.Administer the Service Awards Policy.
7.Assist with salary and benefits administration.
8.Co-ordinate appraisal paperwork and input into HR database, provide analysis of return rate.  Provide report/analysis of the training needs identified within appraisals.  Advise HR Advisors of overall performance issues.
9.Adhoc projects, administration duties as required.
