Key Performance Areas

 
The Expro Group has operational structure of 4 Regions that support global operations. The operating regions are supported by a number of global functions one of which is Marketing. The Marketing function will play a critical role in guiding the organisation, supporting the growth strategy with pertinent information of global markets, technology, and the Expro portfolio. 
As Group Marketing Manager SES you will be responsible for establishing and supporting the SES marketing strategy in conjunction with the East / West Hemispheres Directors and the Corporate body.
Principal Accountabilities:

1.   
 
Provide the organisation with relevant information on market direction, global & technology and potential effect on the business.

2.Develop and keep up-to-date full analytical models of key market drivers and movements that effect Expro performance worldwide.

3.  Audit product catalogue against competitors products, identify weaknesses / strengths

4. Provide the organisation with up to date competitor information

5. Establish and maintain contact database of key customers (corporate level)

6.Engage the regions pro-actively on their market and product line strategies on a 6 monthly basis

7.Assist with major acquisitions as required

8.Support with investors presentations / relations

9.Support GNPD with market information on new product opportunities

10.Support E/W Hemispheres / corporate communications during product launch

Close contact with Corporate, East/West Hemisphere Directors, and industry contacts in line with established strategic marketing objectives

·         
Develop and keep up-to-date full analytical models of key market drivers and movements that effect Expro performance worldwide.

Relationships:

·Corporate body – clear guidance on critical strategic issues

· Establishing solid high level relationships with industry technology centres – establish technology & market direction

·Co-ordination of marketing effort for SES with East/West Hemisphere Directors

· High level contacts in the operator and service community – market intelligence

Responsibilities of Managers and Supervisors
The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that the HSE Management System is implemented within the operations under their control. The incumbent must actively monitor the workplace to ensure that acceptable standards are maintained. Where risks are identified the incumbent must ensure that these risks are controlled, so far as is reasonably practicable.
The incumbent’s duties include:

a)    
Ensuring that employees, contractors and visitors are aware of relevant HSE procedures

b)    
Establishing that all equipment, plant and substances used are suitable used for the task and are kept in good working conditions: this includes the regular maintenance and servicing of equipment

c)    
Providing adequate training, information, instruction and supervision to ensure that work is conducted without harm to people or the environment

d)    
Taking immediate and appropriate steps to investigate and rectify any risks to people or the environmental arising from work activity

e)    
Bringing to the prompt attention of senior management any HSE issues that requires their attention

f)     
Ensuring that all incidents are properly recorded and reported and that an investigation is carried out to establish and rectify root causes

g)   
Actively participating in the HSE management system
