The Expro Group has operational structure of 4 Regions that support global operations. The operating regions are supported by a number of global functions one of which is Marketing. The Marketing function will play a critical role in guiding the organisation, supporting the growth strategy with pertinent information of global markets, technology, and the Expro portfolio. As Finance Manager you will be responsible for To provide product line analysis, review, comment and visibility across the global business. To provide financial support to the Business Stream Director and the Business Stream management team. To provide the financial support necessary to manage the non-regionalised operations or central support activities. (eg. Development, Business Stream Support and Technical Services.) To :- Improve Profitability. Identify strategic opportunities. Assist with the integration of new acquisitions | |||
Principal Accountabilities: (Describe the important end results of the job, i.e., what has to be achieved and why. Start with the most important and number each one separately)) | |||
1. | To provide a Business Stream Financial Management function within the Subsurface Systems and Cased Hole Services Business Streams co-ordinating with Business Stream and Region Finance and line management. | ||
2. | To provide a consistent, timely and accurate finance support service with regards to financial analysis, interpretation, evaluation and other general finance support to the Business Stream Directors. | ||
3. | To produce Business Stream Finance Manager reports on a monthly basis, comprising review of full year forecast and detailed commentary on Management Accounts. | ||
4. | To maintain a global view / opinion of product line performance within the regions. | ||
5. | To monitor performance trends within the Business Streams and where appropriate to highlight opportunities and identify and manage risk. | ||
6. | Ongoing management / overview of the Tronic Finance Function. | ||
7. | Account for Group New Product Development activity and provide Finance support to GNPD Manager | ||

The incumbent must actively monitor the workplace to ensure that acceptable standards are maintained. Where risks are identified the incumbent must ensure that these risks are controlled, so far as is reasonably practicable. The incumbent’s duties include: a) Ensuring that employees, contractors and visitors are aware of relevant HSE procedures b) Establishing that all equipment, plant and substances used are suitable used for the task and are kept in good working conditions: this includes the regular maintenance and servicing of equipment c) Providing adequate training, information, instruction and supervision to ensure that work is conducted without harm to people or the environment d) Taking immediate and appropriate steps to investigate and rectify any risks to people or the environmental arising from work activity e) Bringing to the prompt attention of senior management any HSE issues that requires their attention f) Ensuring that all incidents are properly recorded and reported and that an investigation is carried out to establish and rectify root causes g) Actively participating in the HSE management system |
