|Taking day to day supervision from the Senior Certification Officer the following activities are performed within the Certification Function of the Quality Department:|
Administration, Storing, Retrieving, Compiling, Witnessing, Checking, Inspections and Liaising.
|Decision making Authority/Level of Supervision Required:|
|Decision making authority on Certification requirements for Equipment. The Job Holder must work efficiently and effectively on their own initiative consulting with the Quality Supervisor as deemed necessary.|

|Internal: (1) Quality Supervisor – For Certification Department related advice, guidance and support.|
– For personnel management.
(2) Senior Certification Officer – For day to day advise, guidance and support.
(3) Operation & Operations Support Supervisors / Managers for equipment certification requirements.
(4) Workshop Technicians witness and review of Pressure Tests.
External: (1) Customers, 3rd Parties and Suppliers via correspondence and communications.

|To be proactive in the keeping, updating and retrieval of Equipment Maintenance Records per operational demands.|
|Job Knowledge and Experience:|

|2) Has a working knowledge of Equipment Verification Schemes under the requirements of SI 913.|

Front Desk Executive
|Key Responsibilities and Duties: Check ECG meter reading and record in the ECG book Go on compound check cleanliness of car park area, clinic entrance – garden, generator – fuel availability, working condition Perform indoor cleanliness and damages check (reception, corridors, washrooms, consulting and procedure rooms, lab, wards, nurses station, x-ray, admin office, accounting and cashier. Perform indoor cleanliness and damages check all rooms Check incoming emails and perform the necessary corresponding (reply, print, notify related person etc) Receive incoming calls (patient, general, enquiries, structural workers, Check internet data and record in internet data book Prepare itinerary for patients booking for clinic and non-clinic daysOrganize doctors daily activities and meetings (administrative day plan, meetings + clinical appointments)Receive and attend to patients and patients’ visitors- ensure that all patients are attended to and have received quality health care and service without complaints.Manage reception area and waiting patients during clinic days.Follow up on patients general health and well being and always maintain a line of communication with all doctors and administrative team.Attend to incoming visitors and respond to their enquiries (potential client incoming proposals, applicants, business partners, external works, suppliers, etc) For job applicantsRecord details (name, date on the letter, position applying for, phone number) in letters received books.Stamp received for application and write name, dates time received on applicant letters.Record any damages, (date, damage itinerary description) Record arrival time, date, name of worker, job description of external workers in (works records) book.Record a worker’s departure time and workers signature in (worker’s records book when they leave.Record important contacts (doctors, suppliers, prospective business partners, etc) in phone book.Pack all recording books into accounts office.Turn off all lights equipment’s and close the offices.Hang all keys in cashier office \close the main entrance. Check the ECG meter reading for close of the day and record at the security. Liaise with officer in charge of structural workers with supervision and management of Structural workers.Adhere to strict filing system as maintained by the Clinic.Reporting time is 7:30 am and responsible for opening and closing of the clinic. Any other duties assigned by the CEO, Doctors and Administrator from time to time.|
